Answer:
The annual fee will be paid every year starting from the 3rd year from the application date.
The patent is then renewed each year before the “expiration date” (the last day of the month of the first application date).
Patents can be renewed up to 3 months before the due date.
The annual fee can still be legally paid within 6 months after the due date, but a surcharge fee of 50% needs to be paid.
If the payment is not made within 6 months after the due date, the patent will be expired.

Register Account: Enter Email and related information to register an account.
